Can I try before buying?

Yes. The free plan is free forever — 20 questions/month, no card required. Start immediately at clarveda.io/app.

What happens when I hit my question limit?

We show an upgrade prompt. You won't lose your data or chat history. You can also purchase an extra questions pack as an add-on.

Does my data ever leave my machine?

Never. Only column names and 3 masked sample rows go to the AI for SQL generation. Your actual data stays on your computer and disappears when you close the tab.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account page anytime. No lock-in, no questions asked. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, all credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI — all via Razorpay. Invoices available for GST purposes.

What is an overage charge?

If you exceed your monthly question limit on Veda or Artha, additional questions are billed at ₹2 or ₹1.50 respectively at month end.

Is annual billing worth it?

Annual saves you 20% — that's up to ₹19,188/year on Artha. Switch anytime from your account dashboard.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — pro-rata refund within 7 days of billing. Email hello@clarveda.io and we'll sort it same day.
